Encryption and separation
Application-level AES-GCM encryption protects document data. Development, staging, and production environments are separated.
Redaction and data minimisation
Personal data is redacted before AI processing. Sensitive data in documents is treated as personal data, with processing locations and transfers addressed in the agreed deployment and data-processing terms.
Logging and AI traceability
Authentication, data access, and administrative actions are logged. Reviewers can trace every extracted field and finding to its source document and the relevant rule or reference.
Data-processing responsibilities
Your organization remains the data controller. Processing terms, retention, deletion, and applicable sub-processors are addressed in the client data-processing agreement and maintained sub-processor register.
